Ningbo Tongda Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is located at YunLong Town, south of Ningbo City,which is famous for its sea harbor.And the transport- ation is very convenient. 



    Our company is specialized in the Lost-wax (investment) casting and the Lost-Foam casting process to manufacture the materials of carbon steel, alloy steel, ductile iron (S.G.iron), gray iron, Aluminum and stainless steel etc. Annual production capacity is over 8,000 tons and produce more than 2,000 kinds of products which are sold to the USA, Canada, Australia, U.K, France, Portugal, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, etc. In December 1999, we got the quality system certificates of ISO9002 and QS-9000. and our annual production capacity could reaches to 15'000 tons a year. 



Our products include Auto. and Motor castings, Railroad and pipeline parts, Mechanics/electric and marine parts, Engineering machine parts and other High quality and High precision metal parts etc. 



    We are proud of possessing the complete advanced equipments for production, inspection, measuring and testing such as Induction furnace (8 sets), Heat treatment furnace, coal gas Furnace, Metallographic examination instrument, Magnetic particle inspector, Spectrum analysis instrument, Impact test machine, Universal strength tester, Hardness tester, Three Coordinate Measuring Machine and so on.With more than 30 experienced engineers and over 10 years experience in investment casting, our company owns almost all the advanced technologies in this field and can manufacture a wide range of different products.
